"I rarely need to make policy changes but have been with Mike Garner agency for years now. I had a claim and then a glass claim as well but they have always been responsive and helpful and considerate to my needs! I've worked with both Phyllis and Mikenna and each time they have gone above and beyond for me! Mikenna handled my new car insurance, getting the proof to the dealership, everything! I didn't need to do anything but call! She's awesome!!!"

"I have never in my life experienced such non sense I received from this office, rude, disrespectful and all around not friendly and State Farm 1800 number worthless clueless!! Def will be switching all the way around at some point.But Mr.Garner and his daughter needs a reality and attitude check !! Now looking at the reviews maybe it was because of my color lol🤷🏽♀️"
"My office has never had a relationship with Ms. Jones until March 8th when she called our office for an auto insurance quote. My team member Mikenna provided a quote based on the information Ms. Jones provided. She accepted the quote and paid the initial monthly premium to bind the policy. Later that day Ms. Jones called to inform us the dealership would not accept her binder. It turns out Ms. Jones failed to inform us the owner of the vehicle was going to be her boyfriend. Mikenna re-calculated the premium with the corrected information. The premium increased and Ms. Jones said she was not interested and to flat cancel the policy. We informed Ms. Jones that we have to wait a few days for the policy to issue and then we can cancel effective March 8th and all her premiums will be returned to her. She was informed this could take up to 3 weeks for State Farm to mail her refund check. Ms. Jones immediately began cursing Mikenna. Ms. Jones proceeded to call our office daily asking where her refund was while verbally assaulting every team member in my office. I then called Ms. Jones to explain to her there is no need to call us. The refund is being processed as we told her. She then began a profanity laced rant. Ms. Jones wanted nothing to do with a the correct answer to her question. It’s unfortunate that her entire problem resulted because she gave us incorrect information. We did everything we could and Ms. Jones feels the need to attempt to tarnish our well earned positive reputation. My recommendation for Ms. Jones to avoid these issues in the future is to simply tell the truth. "
